Exchange & Refund Policy

All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

1. If the wrong product was sent by our team..
2. If your order has been delayed by more than 2 weeks and is still undelivered.

Product Condition

We deal in pre-loved (used) baby items, and all toys may show minor signs of use.Every product is clearly shown in the pictures provided, and we recommend customers to carefully review the condition of the product before purchasing.We strive to provide the best possible quality in every order.

Pricing

All prices are fixed. Bargaining is not allowed.Please note that prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of purchase is final.

Order Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched the next day after payment is received.In case the parcel weight exceeds 2 kg, an extra delivery charge of Rs. 200 will be applied.

Payment Policy

Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.Please make sure you’re fully satisfied with your selection before confirming your order. Payments are only refunded if the error is from our side as mentioned above.
